Is God a Jealous God?

We keep on wondering why our fore father's curses are still affecting us till date, they might have fallen away and bowed to other man made god and other gods. Not only but bowing to these gods, but also doing against the commandments of God as stated in EXODUS chapter 20,21,22 & 23.

All haters of the things of God shall never go unpunished.
